Aerobics and Fitness: Activities

Under the excellent instruction of our instructors, Jordi Becerril and Jordi Rubio, two-time world runner-ups in the trio competition, will teach you the different types of aerobics like Aerobics I and II, Tono-Aerobics, Steps, Tono-Steps, T.B.C., and Circuit Training. Also offered are Adult Physical Conditioning, Maintenance and Yogai.
